Zayden founded Zeal Senior Living in 2019 and has spent the past seven years building and operating senior care communities. He leads Zeal with a practical focus on thoughtful growth, strong partnerships, and care environments people can trust.
Lynn Drummond
Chief Operating Officer
Lynn brings 40 years of senior-care leadership across residential care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, operations, and compliance. Her experience gives Zeal a seasoned view of the challenges that affect care teams, communities, residents, and families.
Richard Carpe
Chief Financial Officer
Richard brings more than 30 years of healthcare finance and operational leadership across senior living and post-acute care. He helps Zeal grow responsibly while maintaining a long-term focus on stable, high-quality care.
